Collections: When the account is paid through our office we take our agreed upon fee and remit the balance to your office. If the Debtor would pay the account directly to you our customer then we would bill your office for the agreed upon fee.

We are firm but diplomatic and are professional in all areas of collection. We work with the debtor to find a mutually agreeable way to pay their debt to our clients. We work to get results as quickly as possible.
Tracking: If in fact the letter gets returned to us or we are unable to contact them by phone, that doesn’t stop us. We use what is called Skip Tracing a robust computer system that we can search up to 200 million businesses and residential listings. We also search through judgments, lawsuits, records, UCC filings, and many other resources to obtain the debtor’s information and to contact them. We also have access to the same information used by law enforcement and FBI.
