We have different skiptracing options available that we utilize daily. (This is a software to help us find client debtors is they “SKIP” town. We report all accounts to Trans Union and Equifax after 45 days of receiving them if there is no contact. We also pull credit reports on accounts that have sufficient information. We try to avoid this but if it is deemed necessary that we must refer an account for legal action, we will do that with your consent.
The dollar amount does not affect our tenacity to collect. We guarantee all accounts are worked no matter the location. A minimum of (3) to (5) demand notices will be sent and all good phone number will be called several times if necessary. We use REAL people to make our calls.
We have designed many different personalized reports to meet the needs of our clients. We make sure our clients are kept abreast of progress.
