- They publically demean others and fluff off any of others ideas
- They constantly interrupt others. Only what they have to say is important
- They are great at giving dirty looks so you know to shut up
- They are extremely sarcastic and pretend to be kidding
- They are Great at making others feel Stupid

Bullies want everyone to look up to them and “Respect” them at the cost of stepping on others to earn the bosses’ attention and approval They fail to remember you have to EARN respect. To them it doesn’t matter because the only one they are trying to impress is the one who can make the decision on the promotion or raise. You may have heard these terms that also relate to a bully: Brownnoser, Suck up, Trouble Maker, Ego Maniac or Male Chauvinist. Many of these bullies only have these traits with women. Have you ever heard of the “Good Ole’ Boys Club”. They treat men with total respect but intentionally make everything a women says out to be a joke to make her look stupid or at least feel stupid.
