Set Boundaries
Set boundaries by learning to say no. Unless you really want to say you, and it is a strong yes, don’t be guilted into saying you. Remember, when you say yes to something you would rather not you are saying no to something you would rather say yes to. You have a choice. Be kind and say no but make sure it is a firm no.
Power of Positivity
This is a perfect way to start the day is with affirmations. If you regularly fail to make this a habit, take the time to write out your affirmation and leave it on your steering wheel. Find a way to stay positive. Every negative thought, jump right over and counter that with at least one positive.
Celebrate the wins
Celebrate every single little win. It could be that you said no to something you would have said no to previously or you didn’t hit the snooze button for the first time.
